I'm back from watching Encanto in theatres. I'm giving this at 9/10.
I realized that the movie doesn't have a villain, unlike with most Disney movies, instead it focuses on family's conflict on magic and issues.
Also, last week, my local movie theatre was showing the Latin American Spanish dub of the movie, given the location of the movie as it takes place in Colombia. The Latin American Spanish dub uses the Colombian-based actors, instead of their films dubbed in Mexico, Argentina, and US in Los Angeles. Similar to Coco, the movie does not have a Castilian Spanish and Catalan dubs (2 languages spoken in Spain, and Catalonia). Spain will import the Latin American Spanish dub to the country.
"Encanto" means charm in Spanish, also in Filipino (my mom's native language), as I found out while using Google Translate.
