Hey I'm, Ethan Cross Media, or Ethan (my real name). A person who draws and is into the world of arts and entertainment with animation and video games.
Yesterday on this day last year in 2023, I went and saw The Super Mario Bros. Movie, can you believe it’s been 1 year since the first movie was released?
First 2 photos is me of back when I saw the movie on it’s initial release date last year.
I’m planning to send my fan mail to Chris Pratt (hopefully, I’ll get it, if not then it will be in limbo, as he’s a super busy person, as other celebrities are like this) for his praise as Super Mario and his roles in other movies.
For Sonic the Hedgehog fans like me in the US, IHOP has recently began serving the new Sonic the Hedgehog-themed menu, and they brought back the Pepsi syrup-flavored drink.
Yes, Hoffman Estates, IL is seen on the top right on their official website, and it's one of my local IHOP locations. Hoffman Estates is part of the greater Chicago area, and it's by Schaumburg. I miss when I used to have a GameWorks in my local. The former Schaumburg location closed in 2021, and has since been gutted into a Dave and Buster's (which is now in its place).
Yes, Sega, the company that owns Sonic the Hedgehog created GameWorks along with DreamWorks SKG (now known as DreamWorks Pictures, and spun-off their animation division, DreamWorks Animation in 2004).
As of 2022, the Seattle location reopened and remains only as a single location there, and I'm not based there. Sonic fans who live in the Seattle area goes there.
I even have the Sonic the Hedgehog GameWorks notepad that I got from the now closed Schaumburg location back in 2016. I might be the only one here who has been to GameWorks in person before one in my local closed, if you are familiar and live in certain areas in the US where GameWorks used to have locations in your local area. Yes, it's similar to Chuck E. Cheese and their competitor, Dave and Buster's, as well as Main Event Entertainment (though without and eventually formerly animatronics, if one in your local area is a Chuck E. Cheese location with a 2.0 remodel).
I made and finished this back in January after the 1928 classic cartoon short from Disney has entered the public domain at the beginning of this year on January 1, 2024, but I got too busy with projects and real life for the first 3 months.
Here's a WarioWare song made backwards (reserved) that no one made and upload to the public, so I thought I would make one. I'll do the Japanese and Spanish (Latin America, though not heard in-game when using the Latin American Spanish or Castilian Spanish, if you have the Nintendo Switch console set in these languages respectively, it uses the English version) versions soon.
A Voice Clip I recorded on the late night of February 29, 2024, after I did a voice chat on Nintega Dario's Discord Server.
Programs I used:
Audacity
Vegas Pro 19.0
Adobe Photoshop 2020
Microphone:
Samson C03U Multi-Pattern (the same microphone that one of my animation idols, Alan Becker, creator of the Animator vs. Animation series uses to record his voice)
The following on here on who has recognized my voice:
Grey DeLisle (voice actress)
Nintega Dario (on his Discord server on his Voice Chat)
Izabella Alvarez (actress and voice actress, known for her roles in Shameless, Westworld, Walk the Prank, and the current voice of Ronnie Anne Santiago in The Loud House, and it's former spin-off, The Casagrandes, on my public upload of my Cameo video from her where I announce and I appear physically at the end).
Fun Fact: Grey DeLisle and Nintega Dario were the first 2 people I got my chance to talk to in real time, as I did a video chat with Grey DeLisle from GalaxyCon Virtual back in 2022, and his on voice chat with Nintega Dario on his Discord server, where I talked to him. My conversation with them was used using the Samson C03U Multi-Pattern microphone and the Dell Inspiron 3501 (my current laptop computer with Windows 11 Operating System. When I got this back in 2021, it was originally a Windows 10 Operating System).
Soon this year, I might talk to Tara Strong in person when I'm at Chicago Comic & Entertainment (C2E2) Expo next month. This is to let anyone know more how my voice sounds like, even in real life if you see me in person.
Sorry as I'm posting this late at night, I took at least 2 hours to make this (this was made late night yesterday).
Yesterday, while I was out that morning and afternoon, I saw Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire in theatres and when I got back I saw The Casagrandes Movie on Netflix (as I paid my money to get back my Netflix subscription and membership). I'm giving both at 10/10. Yes, both villains from new features have been defeated.
The Casagrandes Movie: It's a great movie where they take Ronnie Anne for her 12th birthday, she is determined to do stuff on her own.
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire: It's a great movie where the Spenglers team up with OG Ghosbusters in order to defeat an evil ancient god known as Garraka. After the big bad is accidentally let loose from an egg, a frozen apocalypse is imminent. The movie features Patton Oswalt (the actor I'm familiar with from Kim Possible (animated series and live-action), Ratatouille, We Bare Bears, and The Secret Life of Pets 2) as Dr. Hubert Wartzki.
As it’s getting late, I’m unable to do a St. Patrick’s Day drawing tonight, due to my responsibilities as a young adult (as obviously, people in this age in their 20s has to exercise). I know because of my ageism and I have outgrown from being a kid in 2012 (as I entered puberty when I was 13, the same year when Chuck E. Cheese got revamped from Avenger to Rockstar) to a young adult in 2017 (I was 18 years old that year). Obviously as a young adult here who’s obsessed with entertainment and popular culture with most stuff targeted to kids (from the likes of Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks Animation, Illumination, and Nintendo) and adults (from the likes of Adult Swim, South Park, and Adventure Time: Distant Lands) for their age demographic, as well as voice actors who do cartoon and children’s entertainment voiceover works from the likes of Grey DeLisle-Griffin, Tara Strong, Kari Wahlgren, Jessica DiCicco, Carlos Alazraqui, Tom Kenny, and Eric Bauza. Yes, I’m older than the age demographic for these stuff as I’m now in my 20s. I heard first them back when I was a kid in the 2000s.
I know I take breaks from computer and video games, because of my schedule with real life (screen-free), as young adults are like this. I know I’m good friends with longtime Nintendo and popular culture fans, Nintega Dario, Nostalgic to the Max, Justin Talks Puppets, The Pop Culture Dude, who were kids in the late 90s-2000s, now they’re young adults. As I always say, I was born in 1999 (same birth year with Lexi DiBenedetto (known for playing Lori Loud in A Loud House Christmas and The Really Loud House) and Luigifan00001 (as I didn’t know, until I found out when I went to Famous Birthdays website, as I saw it when I scrolled down while I was doing a birthday collage for CrazyMarioBros there). Though, I’m 5 years younger than Liliana Mumy (the voice of Leni Loud in The Loud House), Justin Bieber, Jerico Valmonte, Logan Thirtyacre (from SML, as these 4 people were born in 1994) and 7 years younger than Geddes Gibbs Jr. (born in 1992). Sorry for me complaining and too much information about my current age as a young adult.
